weekend recap

this past weekend was SO much fun!

my sister and her husband came to visit :)

and man we packed A LOT in to two days.

friday we went and had lunch on the harborwalk in georgetown. then we drove around and i showed them georgetown. eventually we made our way home and unpacked. then enjoyed a steak dinner with matt!

saturday was crazy crazy! i showed them matt's store, we went and picked up fresh seafood, we had lunch at the marsh walk in murrells inlet, went to broadway at the beach and walked the whole loop around it and finished up the night with a little bowling, arcade fun and some pizza!

i also had the best drink ever saturday night. whipped cream vodka and root beer. SO good. it tasted like a root beer float!

sunday we slept in and i fixed everyone breakfast. then we all pitched in for a seafood feast sunday afternoon! then it was off to sight see again. we went to huntington beach state park where they got to see a real live alligator in the wild! ;) they also got to go to the beach and search for some shells. and while it was closed we did get to walk around the home on the property called atalaya. we finished up that night driving up to north myrtle and checking out barefoot landing. we had the best dinner at river city cafe. they have such good burgers and their fries are amazing. i had to walk extra on the treadmill after the splurging i did this weekend!

i was so sad to see them go but i'm so looking forward to the next time they come to visit!!! :)
