Recipe!

I'm still behind on actually talking a bit more about some recipes that I mentioned about a month ago, but I'm back to talk about one of them today!

Teriyaki Sauce

Not very exciting you might think but, I love this stuff. I've used it now on chicken, beef, pork, and veggies. I want to try it on tofu, tuna and shrimp too! I usually just eat the meat and veggies but Matt likes either noodles (which it would be amazing to make some stir fry veggies and noodles with this sauce too!) with it.

It calls for A LOT of sugar. Or at least what I think is a lot. So, I put a little less. Completely up to you!

Like I've said in the recipe card below your recipe will taste MUCH better if you let it marinate over night.

I also recommend 'shaving' meat off and putting it in the sauce. It absorbs more flavor and is easier to eat that way! I put everything in a giant Tupperware and throw it in the fridge. I typically use frozen veggies so I don't marinate them. However, I have also cooked zucchini with this and when I did that I did marinate over night and oh my gosh it was so good. I ate so much zucchini I had some tummy troubles the next day (TMI I'm sure, but be careful about over doing it on zucchini, your stomach will thank you later!)

I wish I could eat teriyaki every day, that's how good this sauce is! :)

Also this is how lazy I am today. I'd rather take a photo of my recipe than type it out again.

Happy Hump Day!

Can you take a picture of Sake and post it? I don't even know what it looks like, let alone where to find it in the grocery store!
