Wino Wednesday

I decided to link up for Wino Wednesday this week! Because the only thing more fun than drinking wine is thinking about it, right? ;)

I remember the first time I 'cooked' with wine. It didn't go so well. I chose a wine I didn't like but since I had a lot of it, I figured why waste it, let's try it in this recipe. Word to the wise, DO NOT do that. If you don't like it don't cook with it. Lesson learned. After trying it the right way I found that I actually love cooking with wine. It's a great way to add flavor and bring the flavor out of other ingredients.
