I have two favorites saltine toffee and oreo cookie truffles!

I'm just going to link the recipes here and here because there are just too many steps to type out :) Both are so delicious and I love to wrap the toffee up as a gift. People think you spent hours making this and are super impressed. It's just really easy and delicious. And really who doesn't love truffles and oreos and when you put the two together with cream cheese, you have something more delicious than you cam imagine! :)


Also I'm finally back from the virus I had woohoo. This weekend was all about rest and relaxation. Now hopefully I can enjoy looking through all the other great recipes people are posting! :)
